It's a solid bow and for the price you can't go wrong for a beginner.
Love the color. The bow was tightened when I took it out of the box. Seems pretty decent so far though I haven't used it yet. Will update if my opinion changes.
I was looking for a secondary bow when my primary bow is being serviced and I was curious about carbon fiber bows. I tried some in stores but they were not responsive or felt heavy or felt cheaply made. I ordered this bow because it was cheap and I could return it if I wasn't satisfied but after unboxing and playing with this bow; it definitely exceed my expectations. The weight and balance is right and I don't feel like I lose anything between this bow and my primary bow. The only negatives I could find is that the fit and finish isn't exactly perfect but overall this is a quality bow that I plan on keeping and using beyond a secondary bow.
Delivered today; nicely done! Packaging; and speed of delivery from MuzEquip warehouse met all expectations. This is a nice bow;;;; I rosined lightly and ran it across strings on a MV400;;; Like a bell; sweet sound; smooth. Glad for purchase;; I have another one coming in different size for another violin.
